<li>knitting needles U.S. Size 0 (2.0 mm) and 5 (4.00 mm) (for binding off), </li>
<li>crochet hook Size C. </li>
</ul>
<b>Note:</b> Using U.S. Size 1 needles will significantly increase the size; I accidentally did this; the result made a great snood! To accommodate different head size, use larger or smaller needle when binding off.
